4. Prohibition of Fraudulent Representation & Scams

- No Local Intermediaries: We do not employ, authorize, or endorse individual sales agents, brokers, freelance recruiters, or third-party representatives outside North America.
- Unsolicited Offers & Solicitations: Any messaging account, individual, email address, or phone number attempting to solicit money, offer employment, or sell services on our behalf outside North America is fraudulent, unauthorized, and unaffiliated with our Organization.
- Reporting: If you are contacted by anyone fraudulently claiming to represent us, please report the incident to legal@rykaur.com.

You are strictly prohibited from using our digital properties, infrastructure, brand assets, or public communications for any malicious, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose. You explicitly agree not to engage in, facilitate, or assist others with any of the following activities:

- Attempting to bypass, evade, disable, probe, scan, or circumvent any network security controls, IP geofencing, access restrictions, or Cloudflare edge protections.
- Utilizing automated bots, web scrapers, crawlers, head-less browsers, data extraction scripts, or unauthorized monitoring tools against our domain infrastructure.
- Launching, orchestrating, or participating in distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, server flooding, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized penetration testing.
b. Targeted Harassment, Stalking & Coordinated Campaigns
- Engaging in digital stalking, personal or corporate harassment, cyberbullying, doxxing, or surveillance targeted at our Organization, its officers, employees, contractors, agency partners, or associated brand entities.
- Participating in organized, coordinated, or group-led campaigns designed to monitor, track, extract information from, or compromise our website, brand channels, or associated social media profiles.
- Creating false digital dossiers, compiling targeted intelligence, or aggregating public or private information regarding our personnel or network for malicious, intimidating, or coercive purposes.
c. Deceptive Impersonation & Content Misuse
- Falsely claiming affiliation, association, employment, or sponsorship with our Organization or its associated personnel across any online or offline platform.
- Scraping, copying, downloading, or re-publishing our proprietary text, visual design, legal notices, or brand media for use in defamatory, harassing, or deceptive campaigns.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- "As Is" Availability: Our digital properties are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind—express or implied—regarding the uptime, functionality, or availability of our digital assets.
- No Liability for Third-Party Fraud: Our Organization expressly disclaims all liability for any financial loss, damages, identity theft, or deceptive practices suffered by individuals who interact with unauthorized third parties or scammers falsely claiming an affiliation with our brand.
- Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall our Organization, its officers, directors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access, our infrastructure.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our primary operating jurisdictions in North America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or your access to our properties shall be brought exclusively in the courts of our designated North American operating jurisdiction.
